Customer Portal
The Schematic portal includes asset tracking, digital ticketing, estimates, invoices,& payments. From drop-off to pick-up, your equipment is tracked with real-time updates, history, and even photos (so you CAN blame the messenger for your damaged fixture).
You need a ticket if you want Schematic Works to repair your equipment. We cannot accept gear that was shipped without a ticket. New customers — set up a portal account to create new tickets HERE. Existing customers — log into your customer account to create a new ticket or check the status of existing tickets HERE.
